INSURANCE: It is the responsibility of the Hirer to make good to the Owner ALL loss of or damage to equipment. Accordingly, the Hirer must have adequate insurance cover in place to cover the Hirer whilst Hiring our equipment (Hired-in plant insurance). Please send a copy of your insurance schedule to demonstrate that adequate cover is in place. Email to honley@rodgersplanthire.co.uk
I/We hereby apply to Rodgers Plant Hire Company Limited to open a Credit Account in accordance with the information given above. I/We agree that if as a result of the information furnished by me/us a Credit Account shall be granted in my/our name. I/We undertake to abide by CPA General Terms and Conditions for the Hiring of Plant, details of which are available upon request. This includes inter alia, settlement net 30 days from date of invoice.
